Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The shoes must be unused and in their original packaging, so we will send you a courier to collect the product, our after-sales service team will check the condition of the item, if the product is unusable we will confirm the exchange immediately, otherwise we will return the item as is.

Please contact our customer service to arrange the return and obtain a prepaid return label. We will refund the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned shoes and verification of their original condition.
